Yellow Pencil is a team of skilled professionals and we charge for ALL of our services - except those we give freely to support our charitable work. It's a reasonable business statement to make. We value the work we do and getting paid for it is what will allow us to continue doing it for the benefit of our clients. It's the Circle of Life. However, we also recognise and appreciate the economic pressures on our clients to maximise the results of their brand, marketing and advertising spend and are always open to discussing options for payment. We have a variety of payment options available but insist on agreeing to those arrangements BEFORE the commencement of any work. |

General Business and Billing Principles
2. Any 'outside costs' (for media placement, printing, signwriting etc) is billed directly to the client from the supplier concerned under their standard Terms and Conditions. This avoids any mark-up costs being applied by billing through us. 3. We charge for everything we do - regardless of what it is. If it's all done for the benefit of our clients, then it's all equally as valuable. 4. Charges may often be reflective of the time spent on your project by specific individuals, determined by the skill level required to complete your project. 5. Where possible, we will negotiate pricing levels with our selected suppliers to make sure that their charging structure is commercially competitive. We will NOT provide competitive quotes between suppliers.
