While their fundamental brand was built on trust, professionalism, reliability and service there was no doubt that their basic business "offer" simply didn't match their clients needs. The feedback they received helped to identify, reinforce and reshape a completely new brand focus for the company to meet the changing needs of their customers.
The company set about building a whole new business model to raise the bar on the delivery of accounting services - based on providing a fixed price for their accounting work, delivered on a fixed day.
With a dynamic new identity created by Yellow Pencil, the company relaunched in September with a brand strategy built on Energy, Enthusiasm and Enterprise - as E3 Business Accountants.
